Yesterday, Sunday, witnessed the liberation of a number of Jerusalemite prisoners from Israeli occupation prisons, after spending varying periods of time there.

According to Amjad Abu Asab, from the Jerusalemite Prisoners' Families Committee, the prisoners who will be liberated today are: Subeih Abu Subeih, Areen Al-Zaanen and Malik Daoud.

Subeih Abu Subeih, a resident of the Old City, spent 8 months in administrative detention under the occupation. As for Areen Al-Zaanin, he is a resident of Wadi Al-Joz, and spent 14 months in the occupation’s prisons, while Malik Daoud, from Al-Issawiya, spent a month and a half in the occupation’s prisons.

The occupation police summoned the families of the prisoners and set conditions for the release of their children, asking them to bring the three prisoners to its headquarters the moment they arrived in Jerusalem.

It is worth noting that the 3 Jerusalemite prisoners spent their captivity in the Negev prison, in southern occupied Palestine.
