The researcher at the Al-Quds International Foundation - Palestine and the freed prisoner, Shuaib Abu Sneineh, explained that the eastern area of Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Bab al-Rahma prayer hall are under targeting by the occupation authorities and extremist temple groups, adding that the occupation has been trying for years to transform the Bab al-Rahma area into a Jewish synagogue.

Abu Sneineh said, in a press statement, that the occupation prevents all restoration work in the Bab al-Rahma area, until it prepares the grounds for the Jewish synagogue that it seeks to establish in the place.

Abu Sneineh stressed the importance of the Rabat in the Bab al-Rahma area, as well as throughout the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, to thwart the occupation’s Judaizing plans against Islamic sanctities.

Abu Sneineh reported that there were calls from temple groups to storm the Bab al-Rahma area, so we must repel these raids.
