On Tuesday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested three girls and a young man from the courtyards of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Eyewitnesses said, “A group of police officers attacked a young man in front of the Qattanin Gate in Al-Aqsa Mosque, threw him to the ground and brutally assaulted him before arresting him, coinciding with the settlers’ storming.”
They explained that the police arrested the young man after he assaulted a settler during his storming of the mosque grounds accompanied by settlers this afternoon.
Today, the occupation police also arrested three girls from the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the pretext of raising the Palestinian flag inside the mosque, and took them through Lions Gate, then transferred them to the Al-Qashla Police Station in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem.
The detainees are: Shaima Rawajba, Rand Johari, and Hanin Dabbous from the city of Nablus in the northern West Bank.
