Today, Sunday, 7/16/2023, the two Jerusalemite prisoners Bassem Jaber and Iyad Al-Mahlus enter their 21st year in occupation prisons.

The occupation forces arrested Jaber and Al-Mahlus, along with the Jerusalemite prisoner, Ali Da’na, who was freed several days ago, and “charges” were brought against them related to resisting the Israeli occupation in Jerusalem.

The occupation sentenced the prisoner Iyad Mahlous to life imprisonment, while Bassem Jaber was sentenced to 25 years in prison.

Prisoners Jaber and Mahlous suffer from poor health conditions in the occupation prisons, as they are held in the Negev prison, in southern occupied Palestine.
