The Department of Refugee Affairs in the West Bank held elections for the Popular Committee for Services in Qalandia Camp, north of occupied Jerusalem, with the participation of an elite group of residents of the camp and the Jerusalem Governorate.

Raed Fayez Mtair won the presidency of the committee with 539 votes, followed by Kamal Abdel Rahman Hamad with 519 votes, and in third place was Muhammad Alyan, who won 500 votes.

The rest of the results were arranged as follows: Sami Al-Kasba 494 votes, Hamdi Awni 479 votes, Muhammad Zahran 468 votes, Lina Abdel Rahman 467 votes, Mahmoud Assaf 461 votes, Fatima Abu Latifa 446 votes, Osama Asaad 433 votes, Muhammad Saeed Aslan 412 votes, Radi Yaqoub 348 votes, Ahmed Awad 321 votes.
