In conjunction with what is known by the Zionist occupation as the “Unification Day” of Jerusalem, and the accompanying desecration of Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa in the “Flag March,” hundreds of settlers stormed the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, under the protection of the occupation forces.

According to the Beit Al-Maqdis Agency correspondent, the number of those who stormed Al-Aqsa Mosque today reached about 468 settlers, during the morning hours.

The occupation police forces evacuated the mosque of worshipers and stationed people before the storming, while the raids began in groups at seven in the morning, and one of those waves was led by former occupation Knesset member Yehuda Glick.

Figures from the occupation government participated in the storming of Al-Aqsa today, including Yitzhak Wasserlav, Minister of the Negev and Galilee in the occupation government.

The “Temple Mount in Our Hands” group, or known as “Bedino,” had called for the mobilization of more than 5,000 settlers to storm Al-Aqsa today, as part of what is known as a “compensatory storming” for “Jerusalem Unification Day.”
