The Israeli occupation forces prevented hundreds of Palestinians from performing Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque today.

The correspondent of Beit Al-Maqdis News reported that the occupation forces had set up many flying checkpoints on the roads leading to Al-Aqsa Mosque, and at the gates of the mosque, and prevented hundreds from reaching it to perform Friday prayers there.

Those who were prevented by the occupation from reaching Al-Aqsa Mosque performed Friday prayers in Al-Aqsa at Bab Al-Rahma Cemetery east of Al-Aqsa, and Bab Al-Asbat Square, which witnessed the occupation forces’ assault on those present there.

In the same context, and coinciding with Friday prayers in the Al-Aqsa Mosque, the mosque witnessed an intense presence of Israeli occupation forces.
