Yesterday, Thursday, the Israeli occupation authorities extended the detention of the young Jerusalemite woman, Zeina Barbar, until January 13, 2024.

The occupation forces arrested Zeina Barbar from the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque on 7/9/2024 while she was in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, and her detention was extended several times.

Zeina hails from the Ras al-Amud neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, and is the daughter of prisoner Majd Barbar, who spent 20 years in the occupation’s prisons.
