The occupation plans to seize more than 262 dunums of towns north of Jerusalem and south of Ramallah, namely: Jaba, Al-Ram, Kafr Aqab, and Mikhmas.

The plan aims to establish a settlement road (45) extending from Mikhmas to Qalandia Airport, within 50 days.
