Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation authorities released the Jerusalemite prisoner, Jihad al-Tawil, after 10 years of imprisonment in the occupation prisons.
The prisoner Al-Tawil was received by a number of his relatives when he was released from the Negev prison in southern occupied Palestine, which was his last stop in captivity.
The prisoner Al-Tawil hails from the town of Sur Baher, south of Jerusalem. His father was martyred after being assaulted by the occupation prison service during his imprisonment in 2014.
In 2016, the occupation authorities confiscated Al-Tawil's house.
It is worth noting that Al-Tawil was arrested with 4 other Jerusalemite prisoners on the “charge” of causing the death of a settler. Among the prisoners is Abdul Duyat, who is scheduled to be released in the current exchange deal between the Palestinian resistance in Gaza and the occupation.
