هدم في القدس

This Wednesday morning, Israeli occupation forces carried out a series of demolitions and raids in the towns of Silwan and al-Jib in Jerusalem, targeting homes, commercial, and industrial facilities, amid heightened security measures and arrests.

In the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Israeli occupation forces demolished the home of Kazem Abu Shafe', which was built in 2021. The home spanned an area of 50 square meters and housed four members of his family. The demolition operation coincided with raids on several neighborhoods in the town.

In the town of al-Jib, northwest of Jerusalem, occupation bulldozers demolished a commercial facility belonging to Abdul Basit al-Sous, on the pretext of building without a permit.

In a related development, Israeli occupation forces arrested Reda Obeid at dawn today, following a raid on the town of Issawiya in occupied Jerusalem.

These violations come within the framework of the policy of forced displacement and oppression of Jerusalemites, which the occupation authorities have been pursuing for years against the residents of occupied Jerusalem.
