A young man was injured when the Israeli occupation forces fired live bullets at his vehicle, Monday evening, in the Shuafat camp, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

Our correspondent reported that the occupation forces raided the camp and fired live bullets at the citizens and their vehicles, which resulted in the injury of the young man Rami Hamouda (35 years old) in his abdomen, and his injury was described as moderate to serious.

The occupation claimed that the young man Hamouda attempted to carry out a run-over attack targeting occupation soldiers in the Anata Street area in the camp, while his family denied all allegations.

The occupation forces confiscated the young man Hamouda's vehicle after searching and examining it.

An Israeli soldier was killed on Monday evening when a Palestinian boy attempted to carry out a stabbing attack near the Shuafat checkpoint in occupied Jerusalem, in the second attack within hours.

The 0404 website reported that two soldiers boarded a bus to check the passengers’ identities before a person attacked a soldier with a knife.

He pointed out that one of the soldiers opened fire at the perpetrator, hitting him and seriously wounding the other soldier.

The website confirmed that the soldier was transferred in critical condition, unconscious and without a pulse, amid attempts to revive him, before his death was announced later.
