Today, Monday, Israeli occupation forces stormed the Al-Rahma Cemetery adjacent to the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, coinciding with dozens of settlers storming Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The occupation forces attacked the graves of Muslims inside the Mercy Cemetery, and subjected the young men in its vicinity to searches.

Observers considered the storming of the cemetery a blatant attack on Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem.

The Bab al-Rahma cemetery is located on the eastern wall of the Old City, and contains the graves of many companions and followers. The cemetery faces the risk of parts of it being seized to establish a biblical garden as part of a series of Judaization projects targeting the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
