Prisoners' institutions said that since October 7, 2023, the occupation has executed more than 10,200 Palestinian citizens, including women and children, from the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem.
The Commission of Prisoners' Affairs and the Prisoners' Club reported in a joint statement today, Tuesday, that the number of women arrested after October 7 reached about 350 cases; (including those arrested from the territories occupied in 1948 and Gaza women who were arrested from the West Bank.
The statement explained that during the same period, the occupation arrested no less than 710 children, in addition to 94 Palestinian journalists; 50 journalists remain in detention, including 5 female journalists, while the occupation transferred 15 journalists to administrative detention.
He pointed out that the number of female prisoners whose identities are known has reached 86, including a pregnant woman, and 3 from Gaza whose identities are known and are in the “Damon” prison, while the number of administrative detainees is 19 female prisoners, and 250 children.
The families' institutions stated that they were able to verify the identities of 16 journalists from the Gaza Strip who were arrested by the occupation since October 7.
