Jerusalemite Habib al-Ramlawi emptied the contents of his house in the town of Beit Hanina, north of Jerusalem, after the occupation issued a decision to demolish it, on Wednesday morning.

Al-Ramlawi is preparing to demolish his house “himself” after receiving a demolition order from the occupation under the pretext of “building without a permit.”

Many Jerusalemites who are issued demolition orders by the occupation resort to demolishing their homes themselves to avoid the heavy fines imposed on them by the occupation if it proceeds with the demolition process.
