The lawyer of the Wadi Hilweh Information Center, Muhammad Mahmoud, explained that the occupation court issued an actual prison sentence of 11 months to the young man, Khaled Barajiti, while it sentenced the two young men, Laith Al-Ladawiya and Muhammad Akka, to 9 months in prison each; The young man, Yazan Al-Afghani, was sentenced to 6 months in actual prison.
Yesterday, Monday, the Occupation Supreme Court issued an unjust judicial decision against the two prisoners, Nawaf Ayman Abu Al-Hawa (19 years old) and the prisoner Rami Arif Salah Al-Din (21 years old) from the town of Al-Tur in Jerusalem, increasing their sentences for two years, instead of reducing it.
The decision stipulated that the prisoner Nawaf Abu Al-Hawa’s sentence be increased for an additional two years to become 9 years instead of seven years, and the prison sentence against the prisoner Rami Salah Al-Din was increased by an additional year to become 6 years instead of five years.
The prisoner Abu Al-Hawa has been in the occupation prisons since 6-2-2021, and the prisoner Salah al-Din since 6-13-2021, and the occupation court convicted them of involvement in acts of resistance, according to the Committee for the Families of Prisoners and Detainees in Jerusalem.
