Palestinian calls were launched today, Wednesday, for the necessity of confronting the Israeli occupation’s Judaization plans and the expected settlers’ incursions into the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The calls emphasized the necessity of confronting the dangerous Judaization plans targeting Al-Aqsa, in light of the alleged “Temple Groups” preparations to celebrate the so-called Judaization “Eid of Hanukkah” at the Blessed Mosque, on December 18, 2022.

The settlers intend to gather in large numbers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, intensify raids, and attempt to light the menorah inside it, in addition to carrying out provocations in its courtyards that will continue for eight days.

The extremist Itamar Ben Gvir, who is appointed to the position of Ministry of Internal Security in the next Netanyahu government, pledged to work to change the current situation regarding settlers’ prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, strengthening settlement outposts in the West Bank, and changing open-fire instructions regarding the Palestinians.

Every day except Friday and Saturday, Al-Aqsa is subjected to a series of raids by settlers, in the morning and evening periods, as part of the occupation’s attempts to divide it in time and space.
