The head of the Jerusalemite Prisoners’ Families Committee, Amjad Abu Asab, said in a statement that the occupation court issued varying sentences against 4 Jerusalemite prisoners after 5 years of their detention.
In the details of these rulings, he stated that the court issued a ruling against prisoner Muhammad Fahmi Al-Froukh (44 years old) to 19 years in prison. He was arrested on August 22, 2017. He is married and has six children.
While it issued a 13-year prison sentence against prisoner Muhammad Mansour Al-Abbasi (23 years old), noting that he has been detained since August 18, 2017.
The court issued a decision to sentence the two prisoners, Amir Nader Al-Faroukh (24 years old) and Ahmed Abu Khalaf (23 years old), to 14 years.
Al-Faroukh was arrested on September 5, 2017, while Abu Khalaf was arrested on the 11th of the same month and year.
There are about 4,700 Palestinian prisoners in the occupation prisons, including 29 women and 150 children and minors, according to data published by institutions concerned with prisoners.
