Popular resistance activities continued in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem against the occupation forces and settlers during the last 24 hours.

The Palestinian Information Center “Ma’ta” monitored 29 acts of resistance in the West Bank and Jerusalem, most notably 4 shooting operations, a stabbing attempt, throwing explosive devices, burning a military vehicle, and confronting settler attacks, during which a female settler was injured.

A female settler was hit by a bullet in the “Kochav Yaakov” settlement near occupied Jerusalem.

Resistance fighters opened fire on the occupation forces during their storming of Balata camp in Nablus, and targeted them with explosive devices.

Palestinian youths threw Molotov cocktails, burning a military vehicle near the Ofra settlement in Ramallah.

The young men confronted 4 settler attacks in the villages of Al-Mughayir, Sinjil, and Turmus Ayya, Ramallah, and the town of Qaryut, Nablus. They also targeted forces with Molotov cocktails and firecrackers in Jerusalem and Ramallah.

Confrontations broke out at 15 points in the areas of Jerusalem, Ramallah, Jenin, Nablus, Qalqilya, and Hebron, during which young men threw stones at the occupation forces.

Resistance activities continued in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem during the past week, resulting in the injury of 12 settlers and soldiers, while 3 citizens were martyred.

During the period from 05-19-2023 to 05-25-2023, the Palestinian Information Center “Maati” documented 185 acts of resistance, including 24 shooting operations and one ramming attempt.
