Palestinian activists called for repulsing the settlers’ aggression and crimes against Palestinian property in the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, by forming popular protection committees and creating confusion with the occupation forces at points of contact.
The calls stressed the need to take the initiative to defend the Palestinian people and their land, and to confront settler attacks and their attacks on Palestinian homes.
The calls emphasized the importance of protecting the backs of the resistance by confusing the occupation in all possible ways at all points of contact with the occupying army.
In the same context, there were calls to remove commercial and home cameras and redirect them away from the streets, in addition to destroying recent recordings in areas close to the site of the Tulkarm operation, or any place that could be a withdrawal route for the resistance. The calls also emphasized the necessity of destroying the Israeli surveillance cameras on the site. Bypass roads, settlement roads, and roads between cities under the control of the occupation.
