Today, Wednesday, the Israeli occupation court in Jerusalem issued an actual prison sentence against the young Jerusalemite, Majdi Al-Abbasi.
The Beit Al-Maqdis News correspondent reported that the occupation court sentenced the young man, Al-Abbasi, from the town of Silwan, to 12 months in prison, on charges related to ties in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
The occupation forces arrested Al-Abbasi, on 10/23/2023, from his home in the Ras Al-Amoud neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Al-Abbasi is a former prisoner who was arrested several times, and lost one of his eyes as a result of being hit by a rubber bullet during the confrontations at Al-Aqsa Mosque on “Jerusalem Unification Day” in 2021.
