At dawn on Wednesday, the Israeli occupation forces blew up the house of the Jerusalemite martyr, Muhammad Manasra, in the Qalandiya camp, north of Jerusalem.
The occupation forces stormed the camp and surrounded the house before proceeding to blow it up after evacuating its residents. Confrontations broke out between the young men and the occupation forces storming the camp, which lasted for several hours.
The martyr Manasra rose to the death on 2/28/2024 after carrying out a shooting operation during which a settler was killed in the vicinity of the “Eli” settlement near Nablus.
The occupation is still detaining Manasra’s body, along with 32 other Jerusalemite bodies, in the numbers cemetery or in refrigerators.
The occupation uses the policy of demolishing the homes of martyrs as a retaliatory and punitive measure within its colonial policies that it applies against the Palestinians in Jerusalem.
