This morning, Thursday, the Israeli occupation forces forced the Matour family to demolish their home in the town of Al-Zaim, east of Jerusalem, on the pretext of building without a permit.

The correspondent of Beit Al-Maqdis News reported that the occupation authorities forced the Jerusalemite Mahdi Matour to demolish his house with his own hands, in the Anbar neighborhood in the town of Al-Zaim, east of Jerusalem.

The 80 square meter developed house accommodates 7 people including children.

The family said that the occupation aims to forcibly displace the Jerusalemites by demolishing their homes.

The city of Jerusalem is witnessing an unprecedented escalation in the demolition operations imposed by the occupation authorities on the facilities of Jerusalemites. Last July, 58 Jerusalemite facilities were demolished, 11 of which were demolished by their owners, according to the statistics of Beit Al-Maqdis News.
