The occupation authorities deported the Jerusalemite activist Khaled Al-Zeer from the Al-Bustan neighborhood in the town of Silwan, south of Al-Aqsa Mosque, for 15 days, on charges of filming interviews with the owners of homes threatened with demolition in the neighborhood.
A correspondent for Beit Al-Maqdis News reported that the occupation forces arrested Al-Zeer after raiding his house in the Abbasiya neighborhood in Silwan, and then released him on condition that he be kept away from the Al-Bustan neighborhood and prevented from filming interviews with anyone affected by the demolitions, in addition to imposing a financial guarantee on him in the amount of 5,000 shekels.
