On Monday, the Israeli Supreme Court in occupied Jerusalem issued a decision to increase the sentences of six Jerusalemite prisoners from the town of Issawiya, on charges of “involvement in resistance activities.”
The head of the Jerusalemite Prisoners’ Families Committee, Amjad Abu Asab, stated that the Supreme Court issued an unjust decision against six Jerusalemite prisoners from the village of Issawiya, increasing the length of their sentences, after the occupation prosecution appealed their previous sentences.
The detainees are: Qasim Darbas from (15 to 21 months), Ismail Muhaisin from (38 to 45 months), Khaled Diaa Muhaisin from (49 to 70 months), Muhammad Haitham Mustafa from (49 to 62 months), Abdullah Abu Rayala from (18 to 24 months), and Ahmed Abu Asab from (50 to 64 months).
