This morning, Monday, the Central Court issued a prison sentence against two young men from Jerusalem from the town of At-Tur.
Wadi Hilweh Information Center lawyer, Muhammad Mahmoud, explained that the court judge sentenced the young man, Muhammad Abu al-Hawa, to 62 months in prison and a fine of 10,000 shekels. He also sentenced the young man, Muhammad Sabitan, to 56 months in prison.
The prosecution charged the two young men with “throwing stones at a settler vehicle and injuring a settler.”
On the other hand, the police released the young men Ahmed Al-Masry, Rashid Darwish, and Ahmed Mustafa, from the town of Al-Issawiya, after arresting them at dawn and interrogating them for several hours, regarding “civil disobedience in the town yesterday.”
