The so-called “Israeli Committee for Planning and Establishing National Infrastructure” announced its intention to approve a plan to extend the “Israel Express Train” station to the center of occupied Jerusalem.

The occupation claims that this modernization will alleviate the current congestion, allow pedestrians to reach work centers and commercial centers, and connect to the railway lines and cable car planned near the Old City.

The plan aims to extend the “Israel Train” project to the heart of occupied Jerusalem, and operate 13 trains per hour from all over occupied Palestine (to and from) Jerusalem by the year 2040; to make the city closer and more attractive to settlers.
