The Israeli occupation authorities continue to target Jerusalemites in the towns of Jabal Mukaber and Silwan in Jerusalem.
Yesterday, Friday, the two towns witnessed targeting by the occupation, but in a different way, as two Jerusalemites carried out a “self-demolition” of their homes in the town of Jabal Mukaber, south of Jerusalem, and the Ras al-Amud neighborhood in the town of Silwan in central Jerusalem.
The Israeli occupation municipality forced Jerusalemite citizen Samir Al-Halawani to “self-demolish” his house in Ras Al-Amud.
In the same context, the Jerusalem occupation municipality forced Thaer Musa Jaabis to self-demolish his house, Jabal Mukaber.
The occupation policy applies a policy of “self-demolition” against Jerusalemites by forcing them to demolish their homes and properties against which demolition orders have been issued, and threatening them to pay heavy fines and demolition costs if they do not comply with those decisions.
