Sheikh Ikrimah Sabri, President of the Supreme Islamic Council, delivered the Friday sermon in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque.

During the Friday sermon, the preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, Sheikh Ikrimah Sabri, warned of the dangers threatening Al-Aqsa Mosque as a result of the ambitions and actions of Jewish groups, pointing out that the occupation’s recent statements about changing the status quo in the mosque are completely rejected.

Sheikh Ikrimah reiterated that Al-Aqsa Mosque is for Muslims alone, by God’s decision, not from a security council or a body of nations, and there is no room for non-Muslims to pray in it.

Al-Aqsa’s preacher held the occupying authorities responsible for any attempt to change the status quo in the mosque, stressing the need for governments in the Arab and Islamic world to bear the responsibility of defending and protecting the blessed mosque because it belongs not only to the people of Palestine but also to millions of Muslims in the world.
