The occupation court issued varying administrative and actual prison sentences to 8 young Jerusalemites from the town of Biddu, northwest of Jerusalem, and the Wadi al-Joz neighborhood.
Local sources in the town of Biddu reported that the occupation transferred 7 young men from the town to administrative detention for varying periods between 4 and 6 months.
The sources indicated that the young men are: Abdullah Kamel Saleh, Salah Muhammad Al-Sheikh, Saadallah Ibrahim Badwan, Abdul Rahman Abu Eid, Muhammad Issa Humaidan, Jihad Harb Dali, and Hudhayfah Attoun.
The occupation court sentenced the young man, Yousef Al-Salti, from the Wadi Al-Joz neighborhood in central Jerusalem, to 15 months in prison. He has been detained since the beginning of this year.
In the same context, the occupation court extended the detention of Al-Shai Ishaq Khaled Al-Zaghal from the town of Silwan until 9/7/2024, and also extended the detention of the boy Zain Muhanna from the town of Al-Issawiya until the end of the legal procedures.
At midnight last night, the occupation forces stormed the town of Al-Tur and arrested a Jerusalem boy and summoned his brother for investigation. They also arrested a girl and a young man after raiding their homes in the Shuafat camp, in addition to arresting the boy Rayan Ayed from his home in the town of Al-Issawiya, northeast of Jerusalem.
