Today, the Israeli occupation court issued a 12-month prison sentence against Jerusalemite lawyer Muhammad Alian, father of martyr Baha Alian.

Alian was arrested in October 2023, from his home in the town of Jabal al-Mukaber, south of Jerusalem.

Over the past years, Alian has been active in following up on the issue of the Jerusalem martyrs whose bodies are being held by the occupation.
