A high-ranking officer in the occupation army was killed during battles with the Palestinian resistance in Beit Hanoun, north of the Gaza Strip, yesterday, Monday.
According to the newspaper "Maariv", quoting the spokesman for the occupation army, he is Major "Dvir Zion Rafah", 28 years old, and lives in occupied Jerusalem.
Dvir is a company commander in Battalion 932 of the Nahal Brigade, which is one of the elite brigades in the occupation army.
