Today, Tuesday, the Israeli occupation forces arrested Sheikh Raed Salah after storming his home in the town of Umm al-Fahm in the occupied interior.

Al-Maqdis News correspondent reported that the occupation forces stormed Umm al-Fahm and launched a large-scale search campaign, stormed Sheikh Salah’s house and arrested him.

The occupation forces were deployed heavily around Sheikh Raed Salah's house, and prevented citizens from reaching the house.

In the same context, the Sheikh’s lawyer, Khaled Zabarqa, stated that the Israeli occupation forces took Sheikh Raed Salah for investigation.

In recent years, and especially since 2010, Sheikh Raed Salah has been subjected to arbitrary actual imprisonment in the occupation prisons several times due to his activity against the racist occupation policies related to Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque and his standing as an impregnable barrier against the Judaization and Westernization plans.
