The Beit Al-Maqdis News correspondent learned that the Clalit Medical Engineering Company, 7 months ago, expelled Al-Maqdisi Montaser Al-Abbasi (41 years old) from his job as a medical engineer after his Israeli employer interpreted the verses published by Al-Abbasi in mid-October as inflammatory.
Al-Abbasi posted on his personal status on the “WhatsApp” application a Qur’anic verse from Surah Muhammad, “That is, and if God had willed, He could have defeated them, but in order to test some of you with others. And those who are killed in the cause of God, His deeds will never go astray,” in addition to the hadith of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, “The example of the believers is in their mutual affection.” Their compassion and sympathy are like the body: if one part complains, the rest of the body responds with sleeplessness and fever.”
Al-Abbasi is a father of four children, and has been working in the Israeli company for 11 years.
Al-Abbasi is awaiting a decision from the occupation court regarding his appeal against the decision of his racially arbitrary dismissal, as it is supposed to issue the decision in the middle of next week.
